MICHIGAN LAKE HOUSE

This renovation to a small house on a lake was intended to significantly upgrade the house with respect to space and amenities. Principal goals were to provide new, open views to the lake and create a First Floor Master Suite. Other goals included a new boat garage with a separate apartment upstairs for visiting adult children.
