FAMILY ROOM ADDITION

This addition expands the existing family & breakfast rooms bringing more light into both with larger windows and skylights. It also creates a stronger connection to the outdoors. A new bedroom & bathroom has been added for a teenage daughter. The Client wanted traditional trim details which were incorporated in a new fireplace mantle and integral television cabinet and a low bookcase / room divider that houses a necessary structural column.
